In preparation for the upcoming May 2022 Elections, all schools designated by COMELEC are hereby instructed to submit the quantity of busted lights in need of replacement (tube or bulb type) for classrooms that will serve as polling precincts and for other areas in the school premise essential to the conduct of elections (e.g. covered court, entrance gate, designated storage room).

Anent this, concerned schools shall prepare a formal letter of request to the City Government of Dasmarinas through this Division Office specifying the request using the matrix below and attached with pictures of busted light for replacement and the area with proposed installation.
