Pursuant to DM-PHROD-202 1-0165 titled Implementation of the Standardized Client/ Citizen Satisfaction Survey in the Department of Education, the field is hereby informed of the various mechanisms instituted to receive and address clarifications, commendations, suggestions, queries, and other analogous concerns to better the delivery of basic education support services from the different units and sections of this Division Office.
