1. The City Schools Division of Dasmarinas will be holding a SCHOOL DIVISION ORIENTATION ON 2015 DEPED COMPUTERIZATION PROGRAM (BATCH 29, 30, 31, 32) on March 17-18, 2016 at Tanza Oasis Hotel & Resort, Brgy. Capipisa, Tanza, Cavite.
2. This two-day Orientation aims to:
2.1. validate the readiness of schools and compliance to the counterpart requirements;
2.2. orient the participants on DCP Batch 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33. It’s layout, application software
and proper utilization;
2.3. ensure proper delivery and acceptance of the equipment;
2.4. enumerate security, safety and preventive measures to keep safe the e-Classroom
Package;
2.5. express commitment on the effective utilization and protection of the package; and
2.6. update the participants on the recent ICT issues and concerns
3. Participants to this activity are Thirty Eight (38) ICT Coordinators of the 2015 DCP Recipients
Schools; Three (3) Resource Speakers and Two (2) Division Personnel. (Please see enclosure no. 1 for the list of participants)
4. Participants are advised to bring Laptops, Tablets and pocket Wi-Fi for the activities to be performed.
5. There will be no registration fee to be collected. The orientation funds shall be charged to 2015 DCP funds SARO no. OSEC-4A-15-3878, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
6. Attached to this Memorandum are the matrices of activities, opening and closing program.
7. Immediate dissemination of the Memorandum is earnestly desired.
