1. Anent to the National ICT Literacy Workshop Training of Trainers and Training on Regional Websites which was conducted last December 7-9, 2015 at Mabitac, Laguna, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will conduct the 2016 Division ICT Integration and Technology Planning Workshop on July 7-9, 2016 at Villarosa Hall Angelo King Building, De La Salle Health Sciences Institute, Congressional Road, City of Dasmariñas.
This activity aims to:
a. update the participants with the latest tools and strategies in ICT integration;
b. re-orient the school heads with DepEd Computerization Program guidelines and other policies relevant to the use of ICT in the schools;
c. craft schools ICT Integration Plan;and
d. equip the participants on how to do LAC session for ICT Integration;
3. The participants to this activity are the following:
a. Education Program Supervisors and Public Schools District Supervisors (Day 1 only)
b. Elementary and Secondary School Heads (Day 1 and Day 3)
c. Schools ICT Coordinators (Day 1-3)
4. Participants from each school are requested to bring their own laptop to be used during the technology planning workshop. Moreover, participants are expected to accomplish the attached templates as their pre-work activity prior to the conduct of this workshop.
5. Attached in this memorandum are the training matrix and the templates for the pre-work activity to be accomplished prior to the workshop.
6. There is NO registration fee to be collected for the conduct of this workshop.
7. Immediate and widest dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
