1. In line with the Memorandum from the Department of Education – Office of the Human Resource and Organizational Development on the Monthly Reporting Cycle for Infrastructure Projects, the field is hereby informed that the Division Office, through the Education Facilities Unit, shall conduct monthly site visits and monitoring of all ongoing school infrastructure projects or as the need arises.
2. All public schools are advised to prepare all issues and concerns regarding ongoing school building projects and to ensure the presence of a school representative during the visits to assist the monitoring team.
3. All School Heads are directed to make the necessary arrangement to ensure that school operations will not be disrupted during the assessment.
4. Travel expenses incurred in connection with participation in face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
