1. In accordance with DepEd Memorandum No. 80, s. 2015, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas, through the School Health and Nutrition Unit (SHNU), hereby informs the field of the scheduled Simultaneous Mass Deworming Activity (Second Dose) for School Year 2025-2026. This activity will be assisted by Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS) from the City Health Office and will be conducted in all 45 public schools in Dasmarinas City.
2. Please be informed that the second dose recipients of the Deworming Activity shall be the same learners who received the first dose. Any additional learners to be included as recipients of the second dose shall be required to submit a new signed parental consent form prior to deworming administration.
3. All concerned schools are directed to strictly observe the assigned schedule attached and ensure close coordination with their respective Cluster Nurses.
