Relative to Division Memorandum No. 523 titled “Call for Proposals for the 11th Basic Education Research Fund (BERF) Cycle and Non-BERF Research Proposals 2025”, this Office announces the schedule of activities and details of the Initial Screening and Evaluation of Proposals for the 11TH NON-BERF CYCLE/ 11TH CDREAM.
