1. In preparation for the division accreditation under CSC Memorandum Circular 24, s. 2016 regarding the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIMEHRM), the field is hereby advised to designate school assistant L&D and GAD coordinators effective February 22, 2023 to ensure the implementation of Learning and Development (L&D) and Gender and Development (GAD) programs.
2. The designated assistant L&D shall assist the L&D coordinator and perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
a. Assess the current needs and educational gaps within their organization;
b. Communicate with the school head and recommend potential programs based on their needs;
c. Design and develop innovative training programs that are specifically targeted at helping their workforce reach their maximum potential;
d. Oversee program implementation while tracking the results and maintaining detailed records; and
e. Make new recommendations as new data is unearthed for continual training improvement and refinement.
3. The designated assistant GAD shall assist the GAD coordinator including, perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
