1. Relative to the Regional Memorandum No. 45, s. 2025 with the aforementioned title, this field is hereby informed of the provision of e-learning courses to select teachers and school leaders through E-Learning Courses Scholarship Program.
2. This scholarship program seeks to accomplish the following objectives:
a. Augment the professional competencies of school leaders and educators through a comprehensive selection of meticulously designed e-learning courses that cater to their specific learning requirements.
b. Foster ongoing and self-directed professional growth for school leaders and educators by leveraging an online platform that facilitates adaptable and self-regulated learning, thereby overcoming limitations imposed by time and location.
