1. Pursuant to DepEd Order (no.036, s. 2022) titled Protocols and Guidelines on the Submission, Receipt, and Processing of Requests Related to the School Building Program and the goal of the Department which is to ensure an accurate and comprehensive data of school buildings in all DepEd public schools for planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and decision making, the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) announces the conduct of school building and facilities assessment, hazard mapping and DRRM – CSS tool monitoring of all Public Elementary and Secondary Schools.
2. All public elementary and secondary schools are advised to prepare the following documents:
a. National School Building Inventory (NSBI) as of January 2025;
b. School Site Development Plan (SDP) as of January 2025;
c. Accomplished CSS Monitoring Tool; and
d. MOVs on the progress of the CY 2024 identified hazards.
