1.  In connection to DepEd Order No. 12, s. 2025 on the Multi-Year Implementing Guidelines on the School Calendar and Activities for the School Year 2025-2026 dated April 15, 2025, this Office will conduct the monitoring of the said activity to ensure compliance of all schools in the implementation of the Basic Education Enrollment Policy.

2. This early registration activity is in line with the provisions of DepEd Order No. 03, s. 2018 titled “Basic Education Enrollment Policy.”

3. The Division Monitoring Team composed of Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, and School Governance & Operations Division (SGOD) personnel will commence the monitoring activity on February 07, 2026, to give way for the schools’ initiative to facilitate the Early Registration process on January 31, 2026. Attached herewith are the Monitoring Tool and assignment for each Cluster. Compensatory Time-Off (CTO) will be given to members of the monitoring team.

4. Please be reminded that all public and private elementary and secondary schools shall update or encode daily in the Early Registration Facility in the Learner Information System using the school head or school administrator account.
