1. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will hold the 2016 STAKEHOLDERS’ SUMMIT on November 29, 2016, Tuesday, at 1 pm in National College of Science and Technology (NCST).
2. This activity aims to:
a) establish good rapport and relationship with education partners and stakeholders;
b) open communication about the needs and resources of the school among partners and stakeholders;
c) appreciate Adopt-A-School Program and resource mobilization;
d) strengthen public awareness about Adopt-A-School Program; and
e) identify the school’s needs and resources to avoid one time donations and repetition of donations.
Participants for the activity are the:
a) Stakeholder Awardees
b) Education Partners for Work Immersion
c) Unit Heads
d) Education Program Supervisors
e) Public Schools District Supervisors
f) Senior Education Program Specialists
g) Education Program Specialists
h) Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads
i) Adopt-A-School Coordinators (Please see enclosure no. I for the list of participants)
4. Funds to be used for the activity will be charged against Adopt-A-School Fund and Division MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedure.
5. Attached to this Memorandum are the list of participants, the working committee, and the program of activities.
Immediate dissemination of the Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
