1. Anchored on the DepEd five-point agenda which ensures an enabling environment, the welfare of teachers, the well-being of learners, an efficient learning delivery in all its forms, and a future-ready workforce, and with the aim of enhancing the quality of educational planning for effective implementation of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) and the Division Education Development Plan (DEDP), this Office shall conduct a three-day live-out training workshop on the review and preparation of school’s strategic plan on April 28-30, 2025 at The Bayleaf Hotel, Governor’s Drive, Brgy. Manggahan, General Trias City, Cavite.
2. Specifically, this activity aims to:
a. Review and assess the current Division Education Development Plan (DEDP) and School Improvement Plans (SIP) to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement;
b. Train SDO staff and select School Planning Teams in preparation for the next cycle of SIP; and
c. Recalibrate the SDO’s DEDP to align with the latest educational policies and community needs.
3. A registration fee of Php3,600.00 shall be collected for each participant to defray expenses in the activity and shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines. Payment can be done in the Division Cashier’s Office.
4. Attached in this Memorandum is the list of participants. Other NQESH passers may join but their participation is in voluntary basis and the registration fee is at their own expense.
