1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 24, S. 2019 re: Division Course of Actions for Strengthened Learning and Development Strategies, this division reiterates the importance of stressing on the individual professional development of its teaching, teaching related, and nonteaching personnel.
2. All School Heads, through the help of the School Learning and Development Coordinators, must ensure that ALL teaching, teaching related, and non-teaching personnel are given the opportunity to attend division and other trainings-on-official business.
3. Division Advisory for trainings endorsed that maybe attended on OFFICIAL BUSINESS may be charged against local school funds. On the other hand, trainings endorsed that may be attended on OFFICIAL TIME should be through personal expenditures of the willing participant.
4. The School Learning and Development Coordinators must establish a mechanism to ensure that ALL teaching, teaching related, and non-teaching personnel are given the opportunity to attend division and other off-campus trainings. It could be in a form of checklist or any strategic scheme to attain the objective.
5. Any teaching, teaching related, and non-teaching personnel who has not attended any division training yet and has met the criteria specify or set in the released memoranda for trainings may be selected to participate.
6. Unless the training is a sequel of another training or has an enclosed specific names of attendees, all teaching, teaching related, and non-teaching personnel must be sent to division and other off-campus trainings.
7. Teaching, teaching related, and non-teaching personnel may only be repeated to be selected as participant when all personnel have already attended division and other off-campus trainings across school years. …
