1. Pursuant to the DepEd Order No. 49, s. 2011: Mandated Programs, Projects, and Activities of the Supreme Student Government, which outlines the organizational support mechanisms for student leadership training, this Division through the School Governance and Operations Division-Youth Formation section hereby informs the field regarding the conduct of the CAVITE YOUTH LEADERS’ CONVERGENCE CUM 2026 PAGSIBOL: STUDENT LEADERSHIP TRAINING on February 19-20, 2026 at Tanza Oasis, Hotel and Resort.
2. This activity will provide a collaborative venue for learning, networking, and advocacy, equipping student leaders with knowledge and skills in environmental stewardship, leadership development, and mental health awareness. Specifically:
• Empower youth leaders across Cavite by providing a collaborative platform for learning and networking;
• Enhance leadership skills and integrity among student leaders;
• Promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices;
• Raise mental health awareness and equip learners with strategies for stress management and empathy, and;
• Craft Division and Cluster Youth Formation Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) for S.Y. 2026-2027.
3. The participants of this activity are the Public Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SELG/ SSLG) Presidents of S.Y. 2025-2026 and S.Y. 2026-2027 and select Teacher-Advisers who will serve as chaperone of the participants during the activity.
