1. Pursuant to the Department of Budget and Management National Budget Circular No. 601, dated January 22, 2026, which provides the implementing guidelines, rules, and regulations for the third tranche of the updated Salary Schedule for the civilian personnel under EO No, 64 s. 2024, effective January 01, 2026, this Office informs the field on the submission of Notice of Salary Adjustment (NOSA) to the Administrative Services – Personnel Section until February 20, 2026.
2. In line with the preparation and submission of the Notice of Salary Adjustment, the templates and forms are accessible through this link: https://bit.ly/NOSATemp.
3. It is directed that all forms to be accomplished for the preparation of NOSA shall be uniform across all schools, in accordance with DepEd Order 030, s. 2019 titled “The Department of Education Manual of Style”. Each school shall submit two (2) A4 size printed copies of the NOSA together with the supporting documents. The duly accomplished NOSA shall be distributed accordingly: one (1) copy to the addressee and one (1) copy to be permanently filed in the personnels’ 201 File.
4. Further, it is expected that the records of employees in other agencies shall also be updated. Hence, the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) shall be copy furnished with one (1) digital copy of the NOSA for the preparation of the Agency Remittance Advice (GSIS – ARA).
