1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 16, s. 2025, titled “2025 National Science and Technology Fair (NSTF)” and Regional Memorandum No. 673, s. 2025, 2025 Regional Science and Technology Fair (RSTF), this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), announces the conduct of the Science Fair (Elementary) on March 6, 2026 at Paliparan III Elementary School with the theme “Harnessing the Unknown: Powering the Future Through Science and Innovation”.
2. The activity provides an avenue to showcase learners research capabilities, problem-solving skills through scientific explorations, innovative undertakings and technology-based output.
3. Enclosed is the Science Fair Technical Working Group, Contest Guidelines, and Schedule of Activities.
4. The Division Science and Technology Fair shall include the following activities:
a. Research competition which covers Life Science and Physical Science that provides elementary learners an opportunity to showcase their research projects based on their field of interest and/or real-world problems, issues and concerns.
5. Research Fair shall strictly observe the guidelines, mechanics, criteria for judging and attachments prescribed under DepEd Memorandum No. 016, s. 2025. A one-minute presentation of the research study and innovation shall be prepared by the researchers.
