1. In line with the observance of National Arts Month 2026 and the monthly division management meeting, the field is hereby informed of the conduct of the Division Management Committee (ManCom) Meeting on February 26, 2026, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Auditorium, Fine Arts Building, National Museum of the Philippines, Manila.
2. Enclosed in this memorandum are the list of attendees, the guide map, and the program of activities for the Division ManCom.
3. It is understood that NO PROXY IS ALLOWED to attend on behalf of the abovementioned participants; thus, this memorandum serves as authority to travel to the enclosed list of names.
4. Participants are advised to come in smart casual attire or in their respective cluster uniform.
