1. The field is hereby informed of the list of inventory items for reconciliation procured by the City Government of Dasmarinas as of October 2025, based on the inventory conducted for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025.

2. In this regard, concerned School Heads, through their respective School Property Custodians (SPCs), are directed to submit the following not later than March 6, 2026, to the Division Property and Supply Unit:

a. If the item has already been located as to this date, kindly submit a clear picture as verification.
b. For items that remain unfound, provide a brief written explanation stating the circumstance and actions taken.
