1. As one of the agenda discussed during the Regional Coordination Meeting for Taal Eruption held last January 21, 2020 at Hive Hotel, Quezon City, this Division directs all schools to account the donations received for the Taal Eruption evacuees.

2. All Adopt-a-School Program (ASP) Coordinators shall account the donations received by the school from January 14, 2020 to present using the templates attached to this memorandum. The first one is for the cash donations and the other one is for the in-kind donations. The softcopies of the templates may be requested from the Social Mobilization and Networking Unit.

3. The templates shall be submitted both in softcopy and in hardcopy on January 27, 2020. The softcopy shall be sent to socmob@depeddasma.edu.ph with the file name format as “NAMEOFSCHOOLCASHDONATIONS”/”NAMEOFSCHOOLINKINDDONATIONS” and the hardcopy shall be submitted to the School Governance and Operations Division.

4. This Memorandum is supplemented by an instructional video to be uploaded in the official group of ASP Coordinators.

5. Since the release of Division Memorandum No. 16, S. 2020 titled Division Initiated Emergency Measures in Support to the City Government’s “Lingap Dasma Para Sa Taal,” All schools are expected to direct donations and interested donors to the City Hall for a centralized and efficient distribution of relief goods.
