1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 016, s. 2026, authority is granted to Mr. Angelo D. Uy, Public Schools District Supervisor/Division Testing Coordinator, to conduct an onsite meeting regarding the Administration of the Senior High School Literacy and Numeracy Assessments (SHS LNA) for Grade 11 Learners in School Year 2025-2026 on March 9, 2026 (Monday), 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Audio-Visual Room of Dasmarinas East Integrated High School (DEIHS), Brgy. San Simon, Dasmarinas City.
2. The agenda are as follows:
a. Administration Details and Guidelines (e.g., schedule of examination, logistical preparations)
b. Other relevant matters
3. Participants to the onsite meeting are the Division Testing Coordinator (DTC), Division Private Schools Supervisor, and the School Literacy Focal Person and School Numeracy Focal Person of ALL public and private secondary schools offering Senior High School. Hence, each school is expected to send two (2) representatives ONLY.
