1. In line with the conduct of the Regional Festival of Talents, this memorandum serves to officially designate the participants, coaches, and officials who will represent the Schools Division Office of Dasmarinas City in the said event to be held on March 16-20 ,2026 in Laguna Province.
2. The Regional Festival of Talents aims to showcase learners’ skills, creativity, and excellence, while promoting confidence, collaboration, and pride in representing the division and the city. This activity also provides a venue for learners to demonstrate their talents in various learning areas and competitions aligned with the K to 12 curriculum.
3. All identified delegates are hereby advised to:
a. Prepare and finalize their respective entries and performances in accordance with the guidelines of the competition.
b. Attend the scheduled rehearsals, briefings, and coordination meetings prior to the event.
c. Observe proper conduct, discipline, and professionalism throughout the duration of the activity.
d. Coordinate closely with their coaches and division coordinators regarding travel arrangements, required documents, and other preparations.
