1. In accordance with the Department of Education’s commitment to ensuring quality education for all learners, effective management of learning resources is vital for supporting the delivery of quality education. To support this objective, there will be a Learning Resource Management Guidebook Distribution and Orientation on March 28, 2025, 9:00 AM at Bulwagang Sigasig, and will be facilitated by the CID-Learning Resource Management Section.
2. The guidebook is developed in response to the need for standardized procedures in managing, utilizing, and maximizing the use of learning resources in schools, as part of the Department’s efforts to improve the educational experience of students. The orientation aims to:
a. Provide school heads with a comprehensive understanding of the policies, procedures, and guidelines for managing learning resources in public schools.
b. Familiarize school heads with the proper utilization of the Online Learning Space, Integrated Library System, and other distance learning modes and platforms.
c. Equip school heads with the necessary skills to monitor and evaluate the proper distribution and usage of learning materials.
3. Attached to this Memorandum is the list of Batch 1 participants.
4. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
