1. In response to DepEd Memorandum No. 15 s. 2020 titled First Set of the Policy Objectives of the DepEd Task Force NCoV, this Division Office advises all schools to hold School-Based Brigada Eskwela Countdown and Relaunching of Brigada is Kwela in lieu of the previously posted Division Memorandum No. 23, s. 2020 titled 2020 Brigada Eskwela Forum and Relaunching of Brigada is Kwela, adherent to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
2. 2020 BRIGADA ESKWELA COUNTDOWN. The School-Based Brigada Eskwela Countdown may be held during the flag ceremony or through a simple ceremony on February 10, 2020 highlighting the BE Countdown Wall sturdily and creatively installed in a conspicuous location of the school. The countdown wall shall be updated daily until the most anticipated Brigada Eskwela. Referring the tentative date for 2020 Brigada Eskwela on May 18-23, 2020.
The Division Office shall release a virtual countdown starter on its 100th day on February 9, 2020 through DepEd Tayo Dasmarinas City and all are enjoined to share it on their social media accounts.
All Activity Reports (use prescribed templates) shall be submitted to the Social Mobilization and Networking Unit on February 28, 2020. All social media posts including photos and videos shall use #2020BECountdown as the official hashtag. …
