1.With the aim to empower government agencies by developing their human resource management competencies, systems, and practices toward HR excellence, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, through the Human Resource Development, hereby announces the Division Learning and Development Praxis which guides the Division with specific procedures to address the learning and development needs of every personnel.

2. The Division Learning and Development Praxis (DLDP) aims to:

a. set standards for different learning and development needs of the personnel of the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas; It sets guidelines in identifying the needs for development of every personnel to provide appropriate learning and development interventions, implement training, and align possible candidates for available scholarship corresponding to their identified needs;
b. provide lists of requirements and serve as a repository of standard materials and paraphernalia as a basis of preparation before, during, and after the training;
c. establish a strong and unique culture of learning and development to reinforce the quality of skill development within the division and across its
human resources – a corpus of standards specific to the needs of the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas; and
d. outline the norms in the conduct of needs assessment, approval, and evaluation of all L&D activities in the Division such as, but not limited to
seminars, workshops, conferences, scholarships, and job-embedded learning.
