1. Relevant to regional memorandum no. 22-593 re: “Conduct of Enhanced School Heads Development Program 2.0 (E-SHDP 2.0) Batch 3,” the Regional Office, through the Human Resource Development Division- National Educators Academy of the Philippines, will conduct a NEAP-recognized and PRC-accredited PD program titled “Enhanced School Heads Development Program 2.0 (E-SHDP 2.0) Batch
3” on November 6-12, 2022, at NEAP-RELC, Malvar, Batangas.
2. The program aims the participants to:
a. gain an in-depth understanding of the identified PD priority needs anchored on Philippine Professional Standards for School Heads (PPSSH);
b. apply strategies in leading and managing a school in relation to PPSSH indicators; and
c. develop and implement a workplace application project aimed at addressing specific school concerns toward improved learning outcomes.
