1. In compliance with DepEd Unnumbered Memorandum from the Office of the Undersecretary for Project Management titled “School Improvement Plan (SIP) Instructional Videos, Style Guide, Appraisal Process, and Quality Assessment (QA) Tool” dated November 27, 2018, this Office hereby informs the field on the conduct of the School Improvement Plan Management Appraisal on October 10, 11, and 17, 2022.
2. This appraisal process aims to provide technical support to schools in the finalization of their School Improvement Plan. The quality of plans will be reviewed through their presentation of analysis of the identified priority needs, appropriateness of the proposed strategies and interventions, and the capacity of the school to implement and sustain the proposed plans.
3. In view of the foregoing, school heads shall present the School Improvement Plan (SIP) to the Division Appraisal Committee (DAC) composed of the following members:

c) Dr. Gemma G. Cortez
d) Dr. Allain B. Alvarez
e) Leylanie V. Adao
f) Dr. John G. Nepomuceno
g) Dr. Cesar Chester O. Relleve
