1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 207, s. 2025, this Office informs the 10th BERF Cycle grantees of the submission of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and other pertinent documents for the 10th BERF grant.
2. The grantees shall prepare and submit four (4) copies, printed in A4 with wet signature of the following documents:
a) Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
b) Cost Estimates
c) Declaration of Anti-Plagiarism
d) Copy of Proposal
e) BERF Certification
h) Certificate of Employment (issued by the Division Office)

4. The grantees shall submit their complete documents to Ms. Karen Lynn G. Macawile, Senior Education Program Specialist for Planning and Research, until June 13, 2025.
