1. As stipulated in the DepEd Order No. 34, s. 2022, “the Department of Education (DepEd) ensures the effective implementation of the K to 12 curriculum amid the challenges posed by the pandemic.” The Division employs continuous efforts to provide initiatives and technical assistance and contribute to the strategic directions of schools in the delivery of accessible, responsive, and quality education throughout this heath crisis.

2. In preparation of the full face-to-face or 5 days in-person classes, the Division advises all public schools in the Division to implement a contextualized set of strategies and interventions as part of their School Learning Recovery and Continuity Plan which shall focus on three key areas:

a. Learning remediation and intervention or addressing learning loss and gaps;
b. Socio-emotional functioning, mental health, and well-being; and
c. Professional development of teachers.

4. Enclosed to this Memorandum is the suggested outline of the SLRCP.
