Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 344, s. 2024 titled “Reiteration of DepEd Memorandum OUOPS-2025-11-02145”, this Division hereby disseminates the enclosed memorandum that reiterates the accomplishment and submission of the Updated CPC Functionality Assessment Tool, which is designed to be more user-friendly and comprehensive.

2. The Updated CPC Functionality Assessment Tool is intended to measure the functionality and effectiveness of the programs implemented by the CPCs in schools towards the protection of the rights of our learners.

3. Thus, it is advised that all public and private elementary and secondary schools shall accomplish the tool through https://tinyurl.com/GSCPCTOOL and submit it to the DepEd-Learner Rights and Protection Office by encoding the scores through the given link below on or before May 30, 2025:

4. Moreover, School Heads are expected to ensure their accomplishment and submission to the abovementioned link. Non-compliance with this directive may constitute neglect of duty and can face administrative disciplinary action under DepEd Order No. 49, s. 2006, and applicable CSC rules and related laws and regulations.
