1. In compliance with DepEd Order No. 043 s. 2022 titled Omnibus Travel Guidelines for All Personnel of the Department of Education and DepEd Order No. 046 s. 2022 titled Amendments to DepEd Order No. 43 (Omnibus Travel Guidelines for All Personnel of the Department of Education) and in order to facilitate orderly submission of Travel Authority for Local Official Travel, this office shall implement the use of transmittal letter for the submission of requests for Travel Authority for Local Travel to the Schools Division Office effective June 2, 2025.
2. Enclosed herewith is the template for the transmittal letter to be used for the submission of two (2) or more requests for travel authority for local official travel. Additionally, only one (1) Document Tracking System (DTS) No. shall be generated for the submission of aforementioned documents.
3. It is also emphasized that one (1) Travel Authority should be accomplished per employee with complete necessary details.
4. For other relevant concerns, please coordinate with the Administrative Services.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
