1. In reference to DepEd Order No. 29, s. 2022 titled Adoption of Basic Education Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (BEMEF), the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas through School Governance and Operations Division announces the conduct of MEA CONFERENCE (via virtual or face-to-face modality) following the schedule below:
2. The activity aims to:
a.) Monitor and evaluate the status, progress, and results of the delivery of basic education services in schools;
b.) Monitors and evaluates the organizational performance of the schools in implementing plans to ensure efficient and effective fulfillment of the division mandate;
c.) Identify factors that hindered or facilitated the attainment of targets for the quarter;
d.) Adjust Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) of schools and Work and Financial Plan (WFP) of the division.
3. Schools who will conduct their SMEA huddle via face-to-face modality with teaching personnel participants from July 24 to 28, 2023 shall be given compensatory leave credits pursuant to the Civil Service Commission and Department of Budget and Management Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004 on Non- Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Services Rendered.
