1. Relative to the conduct of the Regional Training of Trainers for the Master
Teachers Professional Development Program 2.0 to be held in July to August 2022 and in reference to Regional Memorandum dated July 13, 2023 re: Monitoring of the Division Rollout of Master Teachers Professional Development Program 2.0 (MTPDP 2.0) Batch 2 and Other NEAP-Recognized Professional Development Programs/ Courses, the field is hereby informed of the Division Rollout of Master Teachers Professional Development Program (MTPDP) 2.0 in hybrid learning on August 7 to 12, 2023, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at The Fields, 8th floor, The Bayleaf Hotel, General Trias, Cavite.
2. By the end of this Program, they shall be able to acquire and demonstrate in-depth understanding of identified PPST indicators through developing and
implementing a workplace application project (WAP) aimed at leading change through effective curriculum implementation toward improved learning outcomes. Specifically, they will be able to:
a. articulate positive and non-violent discipline policies and procedures to ensure a learning-focused environment and share among colleagues actual school
scenarios related to positive and non-violent discipline policies and procedures
to ensure learning-focused environment;
b. evaluate and model exemplary practices in content knowledge application within and across curriculum teaching areas;
c. lead colleagues in evaluating differentiated strategies to enrich teaching practices that address learners’ differences in gender, needs, strengths, interests and experiences;
d. lead initiatives in the evaluation of assessment policies and guidelines that relate to the design, selection, organization and use of effective diagnostic, formative and summative assessment consistent with curriculum requirements; and
e. provide advice on, and mentor colleagues in the effective analysis and use of
learner attainment data.
