1. In reference to the provisions of DepEd Order No. 20, s. 2023 which pertains to
the above-mentioned subject, this Office hereby reiterates the important
components of the said Issuance.
2. The Department of Education issues the guidelines to provide details on the
processes and activities in relation to the Voucher Program – participating Senior
High Schools which includes accepting qualified voucher recipients, requirements and application process, redemption, creating billing statements
and payment of subsidies and other SHS VP information.
3. Enclosed to this memorandum is DepEd Order No. 020, s. 2023 for your
reference.
