1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 017, s. 2025, which aims to provide an efficient and inclusive enrollment process in public and private schools and Alternative Learning System (ALS) community learning centers (CLCs), this Office disseminates the Revised Basic Education Enrollment Policy effective School Year 2025-2026 and in subsequent school years.
2. The Order provides standards and guidelines for enrolling all types of learners, including school-age children, out-of-school children, youth and adults (OSCYAs) who shall be accepted in any basic education institution for formal or nonformal education nationwide upon submission of the minimum documentary requirements.
3. This issuance repeals DepEd Order No. 03, s. 2018 titled “Basic Education Enrollment Policy.” All related issuances inconsistent with this latest Order are repealed, rescinded, or modified accordingly.
4. Attached to this memorandum is DepEd Order No. 017, s. 2025 for your reference.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are directed.
