1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 43, s. 2010, also known as Creation of the Quality Management Teams (QTMs), and DepEd Order 44 s.2010 known as Adoption of KRT 3: Quality Assurance and Accountability Framework in Institutionalization of the Quality Management System in DepEd, this Division will conduct a two-day Training-Workshop on Enhancing Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (MEA) Implementation on March 12-13, 2020 at The National College of Science and Technology Multi-Purpose Hall.
2. This training-workshop aims to: a. revisit and evaluate the processes and steps concerning the implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment in the Division and School level; b. share practices, experiences, issues and concerns encountered during the conduct of MEA and preparation and submission of reports; and c. craft a unified tool to be used for the MEA implementation.
3. Participants to this activity are the selected CSDO Personnel, Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads, and School Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinators. (Please see attached list of participants)
4. Expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against Division MOOE subject to usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 5.
