1. Relative to Division Memorandum re: Implementation of Document Tracking System (dated March 28, 2018, enclosed herewith is the Document Tracking System User Manual.
2. This manual aims to:
a. Provide guidance and instruction to the users of the DTS regarding the activities involved in document tracking such as submission, receiving, returning to sender, routing, saving, putting documents on-hold, and releasing of documents; and
b. Discuss other important features of the system.
