1.With reference to OSEC- 4A-25-03094 dated June 10, 2025, regarding the Program Support Fund (PSF) 2025 under the SNED Program, this Office announces the submission of SNED Project Proposals of the recipient inclusive schools on the Utilization of Program Support Fund based on the eligible expenditures in accordance with DepEd Order No. 42, s. 2021, Guidelines on the Utilization of Support Funds for Special Education.
2. Recipient schools shall prioritize the formal assessment of LWDs by Medical or Allied Specialist, and for the acquisition of specialized materials and devices for instructional purposes of learners with difficulty/disability.
3. All recipient schools are advised to submit the hardcopy of the SNED Project Proposals on or before September 19, 2025, using the attached format, through SDO Dasmarinas City Records Unit.
