1. Pursuant to DM-CT-2023-322, this Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), shall conduct a pretest for the Rapid Math Assessment (RMA) for Grades 1 to 3 learners using the Assessment Tools provided from October 16 to 27, 2023.
2. The objectives of the RMA are the following:
a. evaluate the mathematical proficiency of learners in Grades 1 to 3; and
b. utilize the results as a significant basis for suitable and appropriate context-based intervention strategies at the school and division level targeting the needs of the learners.
3. Copies of the assessment tools for the Rapid Math Assessment (RMA) can be downloaded by the School Math Coordinators at the link that will be provided during the division meeting.
4. All consolidated reports shall be submitted to the division using the template given on or before October 31, 2023.
5. Prior to the actual administration of the RMA pretest, Public School District Supervisors, School Heads, and Elementary Math Coordinators will have a face to face meeting on October 18, 2023, (Wednesday) at 1:30 P.M. at Dasmarinas Integrated High School (DIHS) Library.
