1. Authority is hereby given to Dr. Allain B. Alvarez, Education Program Supervisor SGOD / Division GAD Focal Person to conduct a special meeting with the designated School GAD Coordinators on August 28, 2025 at Bulwagang Sigasig from 9:00am to 12:00 noon.
2. This is activity is in compliance with the provisions of PCW Memorandum Circular No. 06, s. 2025 titled “Preparation and Online Submission of Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Gender and Development (GAD) Plans and Budget dated July 18, 2025 and Regional Memorandum No. 563, s. 2025 tided “Training Workshop on Synchronized GAD Planning and Budgeting cum Preparation of GAD Accomplishment Report” dated July 28, 2025.
3. Participants to this engagement are the designated public schools’ GAD Coordinators. Proxies are highly discouraged. Kindly bring laptops, extension cords, tumblers and your submitted 2025 GAD Plan 85 Budget together with your 2025 GAD Accomplishment Report for immediate reference.
