1. In line with Division Memorandum No. 059, s. 2023, titled “Reiteration in Revitalizing Boy Scouting in Schools”, recognizing the importance of scouting as a platform for instilling discipline, volunteerism, environmental responsibility, and civic duty among learners, this office, through the Division Scouting Committee, shall spearhead the Physical Arrangement and Office Improvement of BSP Dasmarinas Scout Office at Dasmarinas II Central School on August 23, 2025, Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
2. The activity primarily aims to:
a. Foster teamwork and cooperation among scout volunteers;
b. Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the Scout Office; and
c. Encourage a sense of ownership and stewardship among the scouts.
3. Attached is the list of names of scout volunteers, which shall serve as the official list of participants. Their attendance and participation shall be considered on official business and ensure that the participation in this activity shall observe the provisions in DepEd Order No. 9 s. 2005 or Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance with other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
4. Secondary Scout volunteers are required to submit their duly accomplished Parental Consent Forms on or before August 23, 2025, as a prerequisite for participation in the said activity. Non-submission shall mean non-inclusion in the activity.
