1. In accordance with the strategic directions on good governance, this Office through the School Governance and Operations Division hereby informs the field of the conduct of the “Core of My Servanthood and Leadership Effectiveness (Self-Leadership) Year 2” in sustaining a project that will continue to inspire and encourage the Division key personnel and school heads on how to lead by example and manifest servant leadership. Project SFL (Year 2) will commence on September 26, 2025 at the Dasmarinas II Central library from 8:30am. to 4:30pm.
2. The activity aims to:
a. inculcate awareness, understanding, and practice of servant leadership;
b. continuously reinforce the culture of the heart in promoting participatory good governance;
c. manifest leading by example; and
d. forge commitment to greater accountability, responsiveness, cooperation and solidarity in the mission for service.
3. Participants to this engagement are the Division Unit/Section Heads and all public elementary and secondary School Heads including Assistant Principals. Attached herewith is the Indicative Program of Activity.
