1. Authority is hereby given to Mr. Jeremiah Oliver Arciaga, PDO II – Disaster Risk Reduction Management, to conduct a meeting re: DasmaTikas DRRM Skills Challenge on September 9, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Bulwagang Sigasig, CSDO.
2. This meeting will be attended by the following:
-Deputized SDRRM Team Member (1 per secondary school)
– Representatives from the City DRRM Office
-Representatives from the Bureau of Fire Protection
– Representatives from the Dasmariñas City Fire Station
– Representatives from Philippine Red Cross Cavite Chapter Dasmariñas City Branch
3. Participation in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance with other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
4.Travel expenses of the Program Management Team shall be charged to local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations
