1. In accordance with Division Memo No. 428, s. 2025, this Office hereby informs the field of the submission of finalized School Improvement Plan (SIP) for SY 2025-2028. The SIP shall be signed and submitted in pdf copy via email at ramil.villa@deped.gov.ph on or before September 29, 2025 following the filename format: SIP_SDODasmarinasCity_SchoolName_SchoolID
2. Moreover, the submitted SIP must ensure alignment with the national and division education priorities and should incorporate the recommendations provided by the Appraisal Team during the appraisal conducted last August 11-15, 2025 based on the assessment criteria per key stage.
