1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 526, s. 2025, titled “Delegation of Authority to Sign the Special Order of Eligibility for Graduation of Grade 12 Learners,” this office directs all members of the Division Private Schools Checking Committee for Special Order Applications to convene and process all pending applications from the previous year from September 17 to 19, 2025.
2. All private schools must adhere to DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2018, titled “Guidelines on the Issuance of Special Orders for the Approval of the Eligibility for Graduation for Senior High School Grade 12 Learners Enrolled in Private Schools.” Applications for special orders of qualified Grade 12 learners for SY 2017-2018 shall be filed by the school through the Schools Division Office (SDO) at least 15 calendar days before the end of the current academic year. Failure to submit within the set timeline without a valid reason will result in inaction on the application, which will then be processed in the following school year.
3. Enclosed are the schedule for checking and the composition of team members with their respective school assignments.
