1. Relative to RA 9710 also known as Magna Carta of Women, the field is hereby mandated to prepare and submit the 2021 GAD Plan and Budget within the context of school mandates to mainstream gender perspectives in their policies, programs and projects on or before April 24, 2020 at http://deped.in/GADPB2021.
2. GAD Planning must be integrated in the regular activities of the school. The cost of the implementation of which shall be at least 5% to 30% of their total budget. Therefore, attribution is highly encourage using the Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG), and that the computation and utilization shall be implemented in accordance with the specific guidelines provided subject to Commission on Audit (COA) validation.
