1. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will hold the BayaniRUN 2017 on May 21, 2017, Sunday, at 5am in De La Salle University-Dasmariñas Oval.
2.This activity aims to: a) gather hundreds of volunteers, education partners, stakeholders, parents, teachers, students, community leaders and officials from different organizations and agencies through a fun run to make sure that our students get the best education and stay in an environment that is safe and conducive to learning for School Year 2017-2018; b)thank those who were involved in the weeklong Brigada Eskwela; and c)sustain partnership among BE volunteers throughout the year.
3.Participants for the activity are the: a)Brigada Eskwela Volunteers b)Education Partners c)Unit Heads d)Education Program Supervisors e)Public Schools District Supervisors 1) Senior Education Program Specialists g)Education Program Specialists h)Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads i)Public Elementary and Secondary School Teachers j) Adopt-A-School Coordinators k)SDRRM Focal Person (Please see enclosure no. 1 for the list of participants)
4.Funds to be used for the activity will be charged against Adopt-A-School Fund subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedure.
5.Immediate dissemination of the Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
