1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 664 s. 2025, titled “Conduct of the Learner Rights and Specialization Course”, this Division would like to announce that the Regional Office will conduct a Learner Rights and Specialization Course on October 15-17, 2025, at the venue to be announced in a separate issuance.
2. The activity aims to equip our educators and DepEd personnel with knowledge and skills to effectively address learner rights and protection concerns, strengthen our preventive and responsive approach, and ensure the well-being and protection of our learners’ rights.
3. Anent this, the following personnel are advised to attend the activity as the representative of this division:
