1. In alignment with the goals of the Expanded Career Progression System for Public School Teachers (DepEd Order No. 24, s. 2025), this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), announces the conduct of the Division Training on Instructional Supervision: “Honing Classroom Teachers’ Potential as Instructional Leaders” on October 24, 2025, which venue is to be announced.
2. This training program is designed to equip aspiring teacher-leaders with the foundational knowledge and core competencies in instructional supervision. The goal is to develop a pool of highly competent educators ready to assume supervisory and mentoring roles, thereby strengthening instructional quality across the division, and supporting the career advancement of teachers along the Classroom Teaching and School Administration tracks.
3. Participants for this training are Teachers (I-III) who are aspiring for promotion to Master Teacher positions. All schools are requested to nominate three (3) to four (4) potential participants.
