1. Pursuant to City Memorandum Circular No. 008, s. 2025, the City Government of Dasmarinas will conduct the Dasmarinas Day Celebration on October 5, 2025 (Sunday) at 6:00 A.M., at Immaculate Conception Parish Church, followed by a flower offering at Bantayog ng Karangalan, Church Quadrangle and a short program at the Old City Hall Building.
2. In line with this, the Division Personnel shall participate in the said activity. Attached is the confirmed list of participants. All participants can bring their respective offerings for the offertory and shall wear a white or off-white top.
3. Participants who are eligible for service credits and compensatory time-off (CTO) are subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations and in accordance with DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003 and other relevant issuances of the Civil Service Commission.
4. Travel expenses that shall be incurred in participation in face-to-face activity shall be charged against available local funds, subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
